BEAVER RAPID HAIR POWDER BLEACH is a high performance powder bleach. It has a Dust-free, Non-Drip concentrated formula. Quick Blue delivers faster and brighter superior lightening powder with extra strength lightening action that lifts up to 9 levels after using 4 times. Suited for easy on-scalp or off-scalp application. Stays moist and creamy throughout application and processing.
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the powders contained in the envelope into a non-metal boel and mixing slowly, add 60ml of cream peroxide OXICREAM or HYDROGEN PEROXIDE 20-30-40 volumes depending on the desired degree of bleaching. Apply the mixture to dry hair and leave on for 20-50 minutes according to lighting.
